O Street International Announces the “250 Years of American Opportunity” Campaign Fundraising Goal

July 4th, 2026, represented a monumental moment in our Nation’s history.  The United States marked its 250th anniversary and in celebration, O Street International (OSI) has launched a capital campaign titled “250 Years of American Avenues of Opportunity”.  This groundbreaking campaign is rooted in cultural & historical preservation, telling the story of our country’s history, and assuring that our history continues to contribute to the making of a More Perfect Union for another 250 years.

“America’s culture is our strength,” said Omari Faulkner, President of O Street International. “And the strength that has defined America’s culture must be told, preserved, protected, and honor those who help build our foundational strength.”

$100,000+ Raised, Join the Movement to our $250,000 Goal (Donate Link)

In honor of the United States 250th anniversary, OSI will establish The Opportunity Center for Cultural & Historical Preservation.  We will tell the story of America’s past, and this heritage will serve as educational tools for generations to come.  Our goal is to raise $250,000 by October 1, 2026. OSI started this journey in 2025 and have made significant progress during a “quiet phase” of fundraising, having already raised over $100,000 thanks to our founders, board members, and generous donors.

“Fully restoring The First Baptist Church of Bluemont will serve as an example of our resilience and the light of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,” Omari Faulkner added. “We are doing this because faith is powerful and it guides us.”

OSI is collaborating with historical preservationists, local and national organizations, and a host of volunteers. To sustain and expand our mission to fully restore The First Baptist Church of Bluemont, OSI is accepting tax-deductible donations. Every contribution goes directly to preserving and opening The Church, located in the village town of Bluemont, Virginia.  The Church was established in 1888 and served as a symbol of unity, strength, and community for over 138 years. We are ready for the opportunity to return God’s altar and open The First Baptist Church of Bluemont.
